My name is Ruan Carlos and I am the founder and head painter at Belinda Painting.
I have over 15 years of professional experience in painting and spackling; I learned these skills at an early age and have been in love with my profession for as long as I can remember. I take great pride in the work I do and am physically involved in all of the projects we take on. Quality over quantity has always been my mantra in this profession.

OUR PROCESS:
Color Selection
Before we start, you will have to choose your color. If you would like to replicate a color already on your wall, you can use an old can of paint for reference, or you can take a chip to the paint store. We can help you identify the color, the finish, and type of paint we also offer a Color Consulting Service if you need help coming to a decision.
Protect the Area
Our team will cover the furniture and floors with a new, clean piece of protective plastic sheeting. We'll meticulously mask all surfaces that should not be painted to reduce the chance of mistakes / over-spray. We also protect your floors with drop cloths, taking care to secure every inch of the room.
Prepare Surfaces
Our painting crew prepares the walls for interior painting by filling any holes or cracks in ceilings and walls, sealing any stains, and scuff sanding any uneven surfaces, including loose or old paint. This creates the smooth, clean canvas necessary for a beautiful finish.
Apply New Paint
We apply premium quality paints for a uniform finish. There are multiple finish options, including flat, matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss, and we will have gone over the benefits of each with you beforehand so you can make an informed decision. The time will vary depending on the size of the job, but we will always ensure to work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Clean Up
The paint will dry within a few hours, and you do not need to vacate the house while this is happening. The crew removes all the painting materials and coverings. We sweep your floors and carpets and put everything back exactly where we found it while paying close attention to doing a thorough job cleaning the work area.
Walk Through Inspection
After our own inspection, we will walk you through the space, giving you the opportunity to review our work and to provide any initial feedback. Our paint jobs are designed to last up to 5 years on a properly maintained surface, so you will get to enjoy your beautiful newly painted room for years to come.
